The Low Down on ASP.NET DropDownList Control Whenever I see a DropDownList control, my brain said, "Yes! This is a ComboBox"! That is because I have been programming in Visual Basic 6.0 for too long. Vitamin B6 have some so-called combination. This is due to name, because it can be used in different ways. This is a cool way, but whenever I had to help write the document or explain, for a client, I can not use the "portfolio" they did not wrinkle their eyebrows and frowning me. "Portfolio" has never been in control of the user to make a wise, only programmers. So, I started calling it a drop-down list. ASP.net Make more sense to the customer. No more wrinkled the Meixing. No more discontent. (But sometimes in the middle of the night, I quietly whisper…… "ComboBox's! ComboBox!")
