 The company has announced its new dz - bd10ha high-definition video camera, to record directly to the Blu-ray Disc, the internal 30 GB hard drive, or compatible SDHC cards. (Ad) Equipped with a 70,000-pixel CMOS image sensor, 1080 to provide comprehensive high-definition recording, dubbing feature that allows images to be transferred directly from the hard drive or memory card to the Blu-ray disc, face detection and image stabilization. The unit has been introduced in Japan and will arrive in the United States in September, priced at 999 U.S. dollars (500 pounds). British Availability and price to be confirmed.
