 Thanks to the most recent advances in genetic manipulation, Japanese scientists have created a new form of fungus that can now grow on their own. Just add standard potting soil, sunlight, and a lot of love and within a few days you'll start to see your vinyl 1up begin to push up from the ground! At least, this is what you need to convince your employees when you bring vinyl pot filled with potting soil that the water every day.
