XP Firewall Commander is an easy-to-use interface control for Windows XP built-in firewall. By default, Windows Firewall is turned on for all network. This helps improve network protection for new installations of Windows XP and Windows XP upgrades. Windows Firewall, also helps to improve the protection of the new network connections.

XP Firewall Commander lets you add and remove the exemption for programs and services so that they can receive incoming traffic.
